Inclined Observation Head: Trinocular head 30 degree inclined seidentopf
Eyepiece (wide field): WF 10x (FN 18mm) paired eyepiece. The unique
optical design of the compensating eyepiece provides
relief from eye fatigue and renders color-compensated
wide-filed images of utmost clarity. Compatible with
optionally available eyepiece micrometer for
observation.
Light LED Fluorescent: (a) For immunofluorescence studies on renal tissue,
Module: tonsils and skin atopic and nonatopic
patients with special reference to IgE. FITC stained issues samples can be tested for IgE levels and correlated with other symptoms, patient history etc. resulting in better diagnostic quality.
(b) Designed to attach standard bright field
microscopes. Option available 480nm (blue) 455nm (deep blue) and 535 (green) LED cassettes. Useful for the following application.
(c) Malaria good accuracies with quantitative buffy
coated tubes especially in screening of low density parasitemias in Malaria detection.
(d) Tuberculosis Plumonary: provides faster, more
sensitive and increases the overall speed of diagnosis in sputum samples comparable to culture. Also due to the exact matching of the excitation peak of the Auromine O Dye and the Royal Blue LED a high contrast image with excellent signal-to-Noise ratio is obtained.
